Waitlist Application Process
The Apartments at Midtown 501 is proudly serving the academic community of Chapel Hill. Our prime location is within minutes of UNC, and many more local colleges and universities. The following instructions are for applicants moving over 120 days in the future. Have questions? Our friendly staff can assist you through the process via phone or in person during regular business hours.
Students can apply for our future waitlist apartments anytime day or night. Just follow the simple steps below to reserve and secure your place on our waitlist.
Select Apply Now in the navigation of https://www.Midtown501.com. Create an account. Remember the email and password entered to return to the application at a later time.
If you received an invitation by email to complete your portion of an application, please use the email address and password provided in the invitation to log in under returning applicants.
Unit Information
  1. Select a floor plan (floor plan must note “Waitlist”)
  2. Enter your desired move-in date and select reserve
  3. Select your desired lease term and select continue
Applicant Info
  1. Enter your personal information
  2. Enter your address history and complete general questions
  3. Enter your financial information and history
Additional Applicants
  1. Enter applicants first name and last name
  2. Select if 18 or older
  3. Select relationship and add
  4. Send invitation
  5. Enter additional applicant’s email and re-enter email address
  6. Leave message for additional applicant
  7. Repeat these steps for other roommates and/or guarantor
Application Charges
  1. Open and view the policy documents and agree to the terms and conditions
  2. Select view, create electronic signature, sign, date, and submit documents
  3. Enter your emergency contact information
  4. Add debit card information and read and agree to terms and select save
